Preparation course for your first placement:
Entering your first classroom is definitely daunting for some and can be a nerve-racking experience. Whether it will be your first time in a classroom or not, we will give you the confidence and preparedness you need to be confident and successful in a Thai classroom.
We will build your confidence by helping you create a lesson plan and combat you with classroom techniques and draw in our own experiences to help you. Helping you in this process and ongoing will be your professional TEFL instructors. You’ll get a chance to meet the Road Experience team, who will be available for you not just during the orientation week but providing you with ongoing support during your school’s employment. During this time you will really connect with your fellow teachers, feel that you are very able, by taking everything you’ve learned throughout the week to be able to teach an authentic Thai classroom.
What to do in Hua Hin:
Hua Hin is one of the top tourist destinations of Thailand but still has that authentic local feel with a population of about 60,000 residents. Hua Hin delivers a great example of welcoming Thai hospitality. From its great amount of attractions and activities, the city has many incredible powdery sand beaches, mountains, viewpoints, Temples, night markets, bars, and numerous beach-side restaurants as well as an awesome water park.
